This month in National Honor Society, our topic was nutrition and wellness; there were presentations on diet and exercise, and I chose to contribute a discussion regarding vaccines and their safety. As we are amidst the flu season, and media talks about vaccines, including those for Ebola, I thought vaccines would be important to discuss, particularly in the context of public health policy and mandates.
